Troubleshooting steps for common WebEx issues
- In the top right corner of Webex click on your phone's name and select Disconnect.
- In the top left corner of Webex click on your initials and select sign out.
- Power cycle your phone but turning it around and unplugging the left-most ethernet cable, counting to 5, and plugging it back in.
- Once the phone has fully booted, sign back in the WebEx and reconnect your phone.
