Outlook Storage Full

Instructions on what to do when your Outlook storage is full

1. In a browser, navigate to this site: https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/accounts-category/storage
2. You may need to sign into your email, but once in that link should take you to the storage page of your mailbox
3. From there you can see which folders are the most full and selecting Empty on any of those folders will give you a variety of delete options
