Clear Browser Cache/History

Instructions on how to clear browser cache/history

Chrome:

1. In the upper right corner of Chrome, select the 3 vertical dots, and then select "Delete browsing data..." from the drop down menu

   

2. A new window pops up and you can choose how far back to delete, we recommend selecting more, and then select "All Time", then select "Delete from this device"

FireFox

1. In the upper right corner of Chrome, select the 3 horizontal lines , then select "History" from the drop down menu, and then select "Clear recent history..."
2. A new window pops up and you can choose how far back to delete, we recommend selecting "Everything" from the "When:" dropdown menu, and then select "clear"

Microsoft Edge:

1. In the upper right corner of Chrome, select the 3 vertical dots, and then select "Delete browsing data..." from the drop down menu

   

2. A new window pops up and you can choose how far back to delete, we recommend selecting "All time" from the "Time range" dropdown menu, and then select "Clear now"
