Opening Shared Mailboxes

Instructions on how to open a shared mailbox in web Outlook

1. In your web browser, go to: https://outlook.office.com/ and sign in with your bay and bay email and password
2. In the upper right, select your name and then select "Open another mailbox"
3. A new windows should pop-up, enter the mailbox you want to open and then select "open"
4. The mailbox you entered should open in a new tab
